Most agencies put a chain of people between you and the person actually running your campaign: an account manager who relays messages, a junior who does the work, a layer of management on top. Every handoff loses something. With me there's no translation layer. The person you speak to is the person building your campaigns, writing your ads, tuning your bids and watching your numbers - the same set of hands, start to finish.
That's only possible because I deliberately keep things small. A handful of clients, each one mine, none of them a number in a queue. It's how the work stays sharp - and it's the opposite of how the industry is built.

The method didn't come from nowhere. It was built running PPC at the sharp end of the UK's biggest lead generation operations.
From affiliate, to 33% owner, to exit
I joined Quotation Junction as an affiliate and ended up generating 90% of its revenue. That turned into a 33% stake and generating 100% of the PPC leads, producing around 3,000 high-value leads a month at its peak for some of the biggest names in B2B. Each one carried £2k to £30k of customer LTV for our lead buyers, and up to £100k for the occasional outlier contract. I was one of 3 directors, working alongside 3 account managers, 7 lead qualifiers, and admins, right through to a successful exit.
