These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by LeadHQ (B2B Quote Services LTD). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services

1.1 LeadHQ provides lead generation and content marketing services. Our services include, but are not limited to, lead generation, content creation, social media management, search engine optimisation and campaign management.

1.2 The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between LeadHQ and the client.

2. Copyright

2.1 LeadHQ retains the copyright of all deliverables, including written content, graphics and multimedia, until they are hosted on the client's website.

3. Free trial

3.1 LeadHQ may offer a free trial of our services to potential clients.

3.2 During the free trial period, the client agrees not to modify or edit any content provided by LeadHQ.

3.3 If the client modifies or edits the content during the free trial period, LeadHQ reserves the right to charge £149.00 for the trial.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between LeadHQ and the client.

4.2 Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1 LeadHQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of our website or services.

5.2 LeadHQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, hacking or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment due to your use of our website or services.

6. Governing law

6.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
