3. Free Trial

3.1 LeadHQ may offer a free trial of our services to potential clients.

3.2 During the free trial period, the client agrees not to modify or edit any content provided by LeadHQ in any way.

3.3 If the client modifies or edits the content during the free trial period, LeadHQ reserves the right to charge £149.00 for the trial.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between LeadHQ and the client.

4.2 Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 LeadHQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services.

5.2 LeadHQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, hacking, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or services.
